At Miss Grace’s Space, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received.

In-stock items will typically ship within 3 business days of purchase.

Custom or made-to-order items will ship within 2 business days after the item has been completed. Production times for custom items may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Digital Products
Any digital products or downloadable items will be delivered electronically via email to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.
Shipping Protection
Customers have the option to purchase shipping protection at checkout. Shipping protection helps cover issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
If shipping protection is not selected, Miss Grace’s Space is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped.
Shipping Insurance & Carrier Responsibility
All shipments include the standard insurance coverage provided by the shipping carrier. Miss Grace’s Space does not provide additional insurance beyond what is offered by the shipping provider unless shipping protection is purchased at checkout.
Any claims regarding damaged or lost packages may need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and factors outside of our control such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
